Return and Exchange Policy
Return of Goods:
The customer has the right to return goods within 14 days from the date of purchase without specifying the reason for return. The goods must be in their original packaging and condition. Goods with unique text or logos made to order cannot be returned.
Exchange of Goods:
The customer can exchange goods for another within 14 days from the date of purchase for any qualitative or other reasons. Please contact our customer service department, and we will provide you with all the necessary assistance. Goods with unique text or logos made to order cannot be exchanged.
Refund:
The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made, within 7 working days from the receipt of the returned goods.
Consumer Rights:
The customer has the right to return goods that do not correspond to the declared characteristics or do not work for the purpose of repairing defects. In this case, the company covers the shipping costs in full and undertakes to rectify the defects within 3 days, excluding delivery time. The refund of the value of the goods is made within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
Exceptions:
Certain categories of goods may be excluded from the right of return if they quickly deteriorate or have a limited shelf life. Custom-made signs with unique text, such as the name of a store or company, cannot be returned if they function properly and meet the declared characteristics.
